Tailor-made communication because individuality is in the detail.

For me, good communication consulting means developing individual and tailor-made solutions together with my customers — from analysis to implementation.

With more than 25 years of experience in communicative leadership and project management functions. I bring optimal conditions for this.

In addition, my experiences from technology-shaped cultures and complex technical processes enable me to quickly capture and, with a view from the outside, provide new impetus for effective communication eye to eye with all stakeholders.

Analysis

To ensure the sustained effectiveness of tailored communication – regardless of whether it is directed inwards or outwards – it makes sense to initially survey and coordinate the current situation: Where does the company stand with its communication? What is going really well and what still has room for improvement? and What should be achieved and why? 

The analysis includes the definition of the objectives, the procedure and the documentation of the results.

Strategy & Concept

Based on the corporate strategy, the actual state and the resulting recommendations for action, we develop the communication strategy for your company. It is geared towards its target groups and considers the necessary resources and the people who implement them.

This longer-term action plan is continuously reviewed and adapted for effectiveness and timeliness.

Measures & Tools

Another component of the communication success is the definition of appropriate measures — informative and dialogue-oriented — and tools. The variety of tools is growing steadily thanks to growing technical possibilities. But the most important thing is that measures and tools must fit the target groups and the culture of their company. For this it makes sense to analyze practical questions — following are a few examples:

    1. How do we better reach the media and multipliers of their industry? With a classic press conference or in individual interviews?
    2. How much do we communicate and through which social media channels?
    3. Is a large group event the method of choice in internal communication, or should there first be team workshops? Which contents should be conveyed and how?
    4. What helps your managers the most? A newsletter, a guide to inform your employees, or a management training and personal exchange to clarify individual questions?
    5. Does an app make sense in order to bring the managers quickly up to speed on the latest developments?
    6. Do you need regular executive meetings for networking and better cross-functional cooperation?
    7. Do you need internal newspapers to inform employees about a new product, or is a small film much better, because pictures say more than a thousand words?
    8. What measures do you want to use to shape virtual knowledge transfer?
    9. When does it make sense for the CEO to address all employees? When is a fireside chat with questions and an exchange of views in a small circle better?

None of this is an “either or” or means there is a conflict. It is about using every measure, with the right tool at the right time, so that it can develop powerful and lasting effectiveness.

Based on many years of strategic and operational experience with diverse event formats, I offer the conception, coordination and organization of internal and external events. The development and coordination take place with the involvement of all stakeholders involved.

Depending on the size of the event, the implementation is carried out together with experienced network partners.
